How to use:

Upper back (60 seconds) Place the double ball between your upper back and a wall. Bend your knees slightly and slowly roll up and down — the groove channels pressure either side of the spine. Pause on any tight spots.

Lower back (60 seconds) Move the double ball to your lower back and repeat. Keep your feet shoulder-width apart and let your bodyweight do the work — no pushing required.

Neck release (60 seconds) Lie on your back. Place the double ball under the base of your skull. Relax your head into the pressure and take 5 slow breaths. Most people feel their shoulders drop within 30 seconds.

Foot and shoulder (single ball) Roll the single ball under your foot for plantar fascia relief, or use it against a wall to dig into tight shoulder and glute muscles.
