My order hasn't arrived — what do I do?

Email us at hello@mendingco.com with your order number. We'll investigate immediately and send a replacement or full refund if the order is confirmed lost.

Do the products actually work?

We only list products we've tested ourselves. Results vary by person — the tools work best when used regularly, not just once. 

Are these medical devices?

No — Mending products are general wellness and recovery tools, not medical devices. If you have a diagnosed health condition, check with your doctor before use.

Does the acupressure mat hurt?

It feels intense at first, like a deep tissue massage. The discomfort fades within 2–3 minutes. Wear a thin t-shirt for your first session to reduce the intensity. 

How long until I see results?

Most customers notice a difference within the first week of consistent use. The acupressure mat tends to give the most immediate relief.

What's your return policy?

30-day no-questions-asked returns. Email hello@mendingco.com within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund or replacement.

My item arrived damaged — what do I do?

Email hello@mendingco.com with a photo and your order number. We'll send a replacement immediately at no cost. 

How long do refunds take? 5–7 business days to your original payment method once the return is confirmed.
