Refund policy
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
30-day returns
If you're not happy with your order for any reason, contact us within 30 days of receiving it at hello@mending.com. We'll arrange a refund or replacement — whichever you prefer, no questions asked. To be eligible for a return: • The item must be in its original condition and packaging • You must contact us within 30 days of the delivery date • You'll need to provide your order number
Refunds
Once we've confirmed your return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. You'll receive a confirmation email when it's done.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at hello@mending.com with a photo and we'll send a replacement at no cost, no return needed.
Sale items
Items purchased at full price are eligible for a full refund. Discounted or sale items may be eligible for store credit only — we'll confirm this when you contact us.
Return shipping
For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. For damaged or incorrect items, we cover the return shipping in full. Questions? Email us at hello@mending.com and we'll get back to you within 24 hours.
